How it works
Invoice, get paid, know where you stand.
Three things, and the rest of the app hangs off them.
Raise it
Pick the customer and the items you already saved. Choose who sold each line if you pay commission on it.
Take the money
Record the payment on the spot, take part of it, or use credit the customer already left with you.
Send or print
Share the invoice or the receipt as a PDF, print it for the counter, and it stays attached to the record.
What it does
Everything a shop writes down, in one place.
Not a general accounting package with a shop mode bolted on. Each part was built for the way a counter actually runs.
Invoices and payments
Take the payment while you raise the invoice, or draw on the customer's credit. Share, download or print either one as a PDF.
Customers
What they owe, the credit they hold, how they found you, and every invoice they have ever had.
Items and margin
Cost and price on every item, so you know what a sale is worth before you agree to it.
Expenses
Your own categories, with the receipt or document attached to the entry it belongs to.
The board
Every tracked invoice line becomes a card you move through the stages your orders really go through.
Staff
Employees, salespeople on a commission rate, and a daily check-in that tells late from absent.
Reports
Twelve across sales, money and checks: profit, commissions, overdue invoices. Owners and admins only.
Several businesses
One login runs them all, each with its own currency, logo, opening time and team.
The board
Watch an order move, not a status field.
Set the stages your work really goes through, per workflow. Every tracked invoice line shows up as a card you drag from one stage to the next, so anyone can see what is waiting on whom.
Why it fits
Built around the awkward parts.
The things every shop deals with and most software pretends do not happen.
- Part payments and credit A customer pays half today and the rest next week, or pays from the credit they left last time. Both are one step, not a workaround.
- Who sold it Pick the salesperson per line, not per invoice, and the commission report adds itself up.
- Paper you have to keep Receipts and documents attach to the expense, invoice or payment they belong to, so they are there when someone asks.
- More than one shop Each business keeps its own currency, logo, opening time and team, and you switch between them without signing out.
Everywhere you work
The same app on the counter and the desk.
One account, one set of records. Nothing to export between them.
Questions
The things people ask first.
What does it cost?
Nothing today. There is no billing in the app and no card to enter. If that changes you will hear it from us first, and anything you have entered stays yours.
Where does my data live?
In a Postgres database on our own server in Germany, backed up daily. It is not shared with anyone and it is not used for anything but running your account.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Invite them to the business and they get their own login. Reports such as profit and commissions stay with owners and admins.
Can I run two shops on one account?
Yes, as many as you like. Each keeps its own currency, logo, opening time and team, and you switch between them without signing out.
Do I need the internet?
Yes, for now. Balance talks to the server as you work, so a live connection is needed. If the connection drops the app says so rather than quietly losing what you typed.
Can I get my records out?
Invoices and payments download as PDFs, and the reports are on screen whenever you want them. If you ever want the raw data, ask and we will send it.
